Contracted to redesign client's existing e-commerce web site, implementing
a new design and a more sophisticated, easier-to-use catalog and shopping
cart. An extremely customized version of osCommerce implemented to provide
client with the ability to alter online catalog products without technical
knowledge.

Responsible for information architecture, quality assurance, and implementation
of a Microsoft Content Management Server, training users in its template-based interface.
Style standards, graphic design and code development also required.
Design and implementation of a web-based Readerboard project displaying court
appointments and public meetings. Administered through an intranet web console.

Web Development at the University of Washington, 03-11/2003

Responsibilties included design, planning, implementation/programming,
and updating the First Year Programs web sites (Fall Orientation site
featured).
Specific features include forms that input into databases and searchable
web pages that output from those databases, administration pages with
password protection, and Microsoft Access interfaces to mySQL databases.

Publication Design at the University of Washington, 03-11/2003
Responsible for the design of several banners, posters, and flyers,
as well as the design of an entire student day-planner (featured)
with calendar pages, schedule and academic planner, school information,
maps, and stickers.

Web Development for Beary Special Grill, 03-05/2004

Contracted to design and develop an online takeout menu with contact information
and a list of upcoming live events. Project required a database-driven web site
with web-based, password-protected administration, designed for non-savvy
computer users. Design incorporated client's logo by digitizing into vector-based
format for infinite scalability.

Web Development for Red Star Asian Crafts, 09/2006-12/2006

Contracted to design client's e-commerce web site with easy administration
interface and customized coding of the OSCommerce product. Designed and
implemented with PHP and MySQL. Photography, product upload, and training
provided to client.
